It is bad. If you proceed you will regret it, therefore it should be abandoned.

For Marriage

One cannot judge people by their appearances; if you proceed, you will deeply regret it.

For Business / Deal

This deal does not have the benefit you imagine, and you will even suffer a loss. Abandon it.

ٱلْبَقَرَة

Ayah 84

وَإِذْ أَخَذْنَا مِيثَاقَكُمْ لَا تَسْفِكُونَ دِمَاءَكُمْ وَلَا تُخْرِجُونَ أَنفُسَكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ ثُمَّ أَقْرَرْتُمْ وَأَنتُمْ تَشْهَدُونَ

Waith akhathna meethaqakum la tasfikoona dimaakum wala tukhrijoona anfusakum min diyarikum thumma aqrartum waantum tashhadoona

And remember We took your covenant (to this effect): Shed no blood amongst you, nor turn out your own people from your homes: and this ye solemnly ratified, and to this ye can bear witness.
